We are always excited to hear from You guys!

These are all projects our readers are putting together at the moment. And as always, we couldn’t be more happier about this!

So go on, check them out, maybe You’ll find something right up your alley!

Firstly, 2 short movies came our way:

2 men, 1 mall, hundreds of zombies…

Out of shape mall security guard Doyle teams up with Yan the cleaner to defend the Colwell Centre from a ravenous, crack-hunting zombie horde! Throw in an obnoxious manager, a couple of whores, a pimp and a wheelchair-bound old lady and you have the slapstick spectacle that is NIGHTMARE AT THE COLWELL CENTRE!

What would YOU do in the event of a zombie outbreak? The topic of many, many hours of heated discussion. Have a pint with our 3 average blokes down the pub and join in the chat about their individual plans for apocalypse survival…you just might learn something!

We’ve got some projects you might be interested to learn about and even possibly fund or help by spreading the word.

Convention of the Dead

Convention of the Dead is a comedy horror feature film set in the UK. The film follows Cooper, Herbie and Errol, a small group of sci-fi fans on their annual trip to their local sci-fi convention only something’s a little different at the convention this year, the zombie apocalypse!

Cooper, Herbie and Errol and a small group of survivors need to escape the convention, but will they all make it out alive? The best way to describe convention of the dead would be “Shaun of the dead” meets “The Big Bang Theory”, but with gallons of blood and gore.

Zpocalypse: An Epic Zombie Survival Board Game
Zpocalypse is a survival board game set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Two to four players start in a basement/fallout shelter which can lead out to several base locations or even through the tunnels to sewer grates throughout the transformable board. Their survivors are trying to make it day to day in a world torn apart from the walking dead.

They’ve already passed their funding goal but it’s still active and you might wanna score some great perks inside the game.

Our friend Johnny K. recommends a podcast called We’re Alive. Johnny says you should sit back, kick your shoes off, put those headphones on and enjoy the ride.

Also, check out this awesome and quirky comic called Magic Forest (previously known as Zombre) at

Last but not least. We at ZombiePlace would like to thank Penguin Prince from The Dead Future for mentioning and reviewing our site! Check out his blog, and more importanly the great comics it will lead you too.
